The purpose of the He Cares…
The purpose of the He Cares Development Center’s Preschool/After School Component, a division of The Community Empowerment Center, Inc. is to help all parents in fulfilling their God-given responsibility to educate and train their children by giving them a quality education.
We provide to the children, a comprehensive course of study that will develop the total child: spiritually, intellectually, physically, socially and emotionally, while exposing them to the world of science and technology at an early age.
Because we believe that each is an image bearer of God, and is therefore endowed By God with immeasurable potential, He Cares Child Development Center, is committed to instilling in them a positive world and life view that will equip the child for life.
The Children can then be salt and light as they interact with society, and be better equipped to Do so, being equipped with technology and science experiences.
